Bandara LLP uses information submitted through this website to understand and respond to enquiries. The corporate contact form is designed to send submissions by authenticated email; it does not intentionally create an application database record for each enquiry.
Information you provide
The form may collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation, enquiry type and message. We use these details to respond, continue relevant correspondence and understand the nature of the request.
Security and anti-abuse processing
The website uses session-based CSRF validation, rate limiting, a hidden anti-spam field and Google reCAPTCHA v3. Google may process technical information under its own privacy terms when reCAPTCHA is used.
Email delivery
Contact submissions are transmitted to a Bandara email recipient through an authenticated SMTP account. The email address you enter is used as the reply-to address so that Bandara can respond directly.
Server logs
The hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and timestamps, for security, diagnostics and service operation.
Your choices
You may contact Bandara to ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information held in correspondence, subject to legal and operational requirements.
